New Dispute Resolution appointment

One of Cornwall’s solicitors has been lured from retirement to head up the litigation and dispute resolution team of Falmouth firm Hine Downing.

Cornish born and London trained, Ross Pascoe, built and grew the litigation department of Nalders Solicitors over thirty years, becoming partner and chairman before taking early retirement last October.

Ross commented: “Sometimes an opportunity arises that is just too good to miss and this position with Hine Downing is one of those.”

“My ‘retirement’ turned into a very pleasant sabbatical instead and I’m joining the Hine Downing team refreshed and ready for new and exciting challenges ahead.”

Ross’s appointment as consultant to Hine Downing’s litigation department is a perfect fit for the community-minded firm, with family roots in Mawnan Smith and Falmouth but deep experience in litigation and dispute resolution which spans the UK.
